How to Lose 10 Pounds Without The Effort
A lot of people love cheesecake, but they would also love to know how to lose 10 pounds. What if we could have both? Sorry, no, it doesn't quite work that way. But hey, don't lose hope. You can always lose 10 pounds without too much effort. Best of all, you won't have to exhaust yourself by running 12 miles or climbing up dozens upon dozens of stairs every day. Here is that magic little secret, in the form of things with sprouts.
Vegetables:
If you want to know how to lose 10 pounds fast, you have to do it with lots of veggies. You don't have to cut meat out of your diet altogether, but it has to be quite lean. Chicken and fish are okay. But you can only have small portions (2 to 3 ounces), and you can only have it once a day. You may be aghast right now. Maybe you're even ranting and raving at the monitor right now. You are, right? But don't worry, I'm not going to starve you.
When you're hungry, eat vegetables. In fact, eat as many as you want throughout the day. You should eat a bunch of leafy green veggies like cabbage, spinach, and lettuce. Then you'll stay nice and full; this is how to lose 10 pounds rapidly without going hungry.
While you're on this little diet, and this should last no more than a week or two, drink lots and lots of water.
You should follow this diet if you're desperate to lose some weight in time for a wedding or some other special event-- especially if you bought the perfect little dress for the occasion. You won't hurt any major organs, and you'll look great. This will not only help you lose weight quickly, but it is so healthy for you that even your Mother would be proud!
