Make your Own Natural Skin Care Products

Spas are a perfect place to go relax and get pampered, in fact, they've become so popular in these stress-filled times that several spas are expanding their services and offering natural skin treatments to anyone interested. Just about any type of natural product is being used to treat the skin, and spas usually charge unwarranted prices for the experience.

However, you can acquire the benefits of using natural products without having to drain-out your bank account. How, by making your own homemade brew of natural skin care products. Just take a look around your kitchen and you'll see everything you need to help keep your skin smooth, moisturized and rejuvenated.

The most popular procedures you can try are body and face skin treatments. Here are some easy recipes to get you started.

Natural Body Scrubs

Using a body scrub can help relieve stress while removing impurities from your skin. If you want to relax even more you can ask your partner to apply the scrub.

Anti-toxin Scrub

Mash enough strawberries and rice flour to make a grainy paste. Apply the mixture to your face and body in circular motions. Keep in mind that although strawberries are excellent for natural skin treatments, they do have seeds that can irritate sensitive skin.

After having applied the mixture you need to let it set for at least 10 minutes before rinsing off with warm water. After you've rinsed, follow up with your favorite moisturizer.

Turmeric Body Scrub

To make a turmeric body scrub you'll need to mix the following ingredients in a bowl and then apply to your skin.

2 tablespoons of Citrus blend

1 Tbsp of Apricot kernels finely ground

1 tablespoon of powdered Glycerin soap

1 tablespoon Aloe Vera in gel form

1 tablespoon Almond Oil

Remember, once you've rinsed off the paste you need to apply a moisturizer immediately afterwards.

Seed Scrub

This scrub is made using either one cup of finely ground flaxseed or sunflower seeds. Add a half cup of heavy cream or milk and stir. This scrub is very gently and can be used on sensitive skin. It is particularly effective for the winter skin care because it helps restore moisture to the skin.

Facial Masks Made at Home

Natural skin care for the face can help you avoid chemical products that can lead to irritation. This is especially important if you have sensitive skin or are trying to treat delicate areas on your face.

Grated Cucumber Tonic

Grated cucumber can be used as a tonic or place slices of cucumber on your eyes to reduce puffiness. It can also be mixed with milk or lime juice to make a gentle whitener.

Orange Scar Treatment

An orange tonic can also be used as an effective, natural scar treatment. This is done by blanching and grinding a couple of almonds to form a paste. Once that is done, add 2 tablespoons of milk, 1 tablespoons of carrot juice and 1 tablespoon of orange juice.

After having the mixture ready, apply it to the face and leave on for 30 minutes. Wash off with warm water.

Bio Skin Care treatment can be expensive, especially when done in a spa, however, there is a less expensive alternative that involves making your very own all natural skin care products at home or, if you prefer, purchasing ready-made natural skin care products that are just as effective and gentle as any homemade version. BIOSKINCARE is a natural product containing Helix aspersa muller extract, a natural product that is now making it possible to treat all skin types safely and effectively.
